Dorothy Young
CEO, SilverCarrot Group
Dorothy has over 20 years of Operations and Finance experience in the Media, Marketing and Entertainment space. Dorothy joined SilverCarrot from The Ogilvy Group where she spent 11 years most recently as Chief Client Operations Officer. As the CCOO she integrated the "back office operations" for the different marketing organizations in North America and managed all aspects of Ogilvy's clients’ financial and operational management. While at Ogilvy, she spent seven years as the CFO of both Ogilvy & Mather and Ogilvy One. OgilvyOne is one of the leaders in the digital marketing and media space, Dorothy was there through the .com boom, bust and recent hyper-growth.
Prior to joining Ogilvy, Dorothy was a Senior Manager in the Entertainment & Media practice at Price Waterhouse. She is a CPA and received her BBA from Pace University in New York.
Phil Schechter

Prior to joining SilverCarrot, Schechter was a principal with commercial real estate brokerage and investment companies Kerik Realty Brokerage Services and Philcor Property Investments. Schechter was also an active investor and trader in securities of publicly traded companies. From 1996 to 1997, Schechter served as an investment real estate broker for Insignia Mortgage & Investment Company.
Previously, Schechter sold more than $1.5 billion in properties with The Balcor Company, a national real estate syndication and investment firm. With an emphasis on leasing and property disposition, Schechter also handled domestic and international consulting assignments for the American Express Company. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
Schechter earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University.
Rosemary Biagioni
Vice President, Finance

With 20 years of experience in financial management and information technology, Rosemary Biagioni oversees SilverCarrot Inc.’s financial operations.
Prior to joining SilverCarrot in 2003, Biagioni served as chief financial officer for Independent Media Services Inc., a media planning and buying company which represented firms such as New Line Cinema, the MTV and VH1 divisions of Viacom, Unilever, and the New York Post.
Biagioni began her career in 1986 as an auditor for Weber Lipshie & Co./Weiser LLP., a public accounting firm headquartered in New York. She then served as controller for Kari-Out Co., a manufacturing and wholesale company, where she was responsible for all financial, accounting, and human resource operations. Biagioni earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Adelphi University.
Stuart Hochwert

Stuart Hochwert is the president and founder of Ampere Media LLC, a SilverCarrot, Inc. division. Ampere Media is a niche publisher of consumer-focused e-newsletters, eZines and Web sites that specializes in connecting companies with consumers. With more than 25 years of experience as a print and online publisher, Hochwert manages all of SilverCarrot’s publishing properties including the company’s original content Web portal, Recipe4Living.com.
Previously, Hochwert was vice president of sales and marketing for the special interest national consumer magazine publisher Clapper Communications Companies. In this role, he was responsible for the company’s overall revenue including advertising, Internet, newsstand, promotional events and subscriptions.
Hochwert co-founded the scholarship database company MarketShare in 1990 and served as its executive vice president until 1993. In 1982, Hochwert co-founded the youth marketing and publishing company American Passage Media Corporation. He served as its executive vice president and general manager and planned, executed and integrated 12 start-ups. The most notable start-up, AdRacks, was developed as the first outdoor media unit designed to hold official college newspapers.
Under Hochwert’s presidency, Ampere Media was recognized as a 2004 Deloitte & Touche “Technology Fast 50 Rising Star.” The Direct Marketing Association and the Marketing and Technology Internet Council also awarded Ampere Media the first annual “Award of Excellence” for its lead generation technology in December 2003. Hochwert earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the University of Illinois.
Patrick Keyes

Patrick joined SilverCarrot Q4 07 as our senior communications counsel. In this role, Patrick oversees all aspects of SilverCarrot’s communications efforts including marketing, public relations, investor relations and internal/employee communications.
Working closely with SilverCarrot CEO, Dorothy Young, Patrick was instrumental in the recent successful launch of iFlipitTM – SilverCarrot’s patent-pending in-banner response technology.
Before joining SilverCarrot, Patrick was Senior Partner for Business Development at The Ogilvy Group North America where he was responsible for marketing and new account acquisition efforts for advertising, direct and interactive marketing.
Patrick began his career as a Researcher/Reporter for Dun & Bradstreet’s flagship national monthly business magazine, Dun’s BusinessMonth.
Patrick is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where he studied Political Science with an emphasis on Latin American Politics and Economics.
